本日のテーマは『常態行動心理学的生物学に於ける危機意識の変容』について。 先の女性大臣二名の辞任劇について私見を述べさせて戴いたが実はこの問題はそれだけではない。生物学的危機意識の変容が人類の存亡に関わると言うかなり大問題を孕んでいる。女性の社会進出率は近年大変目覚ましく、女性活躍担当大臣を置くよりも男性活躍担当大臣を置く方が良いのではないか？と巷で揶揄をされる程である。今回の辞任劇に先んじて今回の安部改造内閣人事には党内で激しい反発があったと聞いている。消費税増税、憲法改正、集団的自衛権実現等これから安倍内閣が担う役割は多岐に及びその際、やはり女性の支持率を上げておかねば何かと政治がやりづらくなると言う考えの元、組閣人事に異例の女性大臣起用劇をやった物のスタート時から党内で激しい反発があった。先ず第一に反小渕派の猛反発が水面下であった事は明らかである。小渕元大臣自体その反対勢力を怖れて今まで入閣要請を固持し続けた部分もあったと推察される。そして彼女の恐れは現実となって彼女に襲いかかる事となった。何故この時期なのか？問題は時期である。既に女性大臣二名の諸問題は以前から発覚していた筈。それを敢えてこの時期に騒ぎ立てるのには大臣起用を不服とする党内男性議員の謀略があったとしか思えない。そしてそれ自体が生物学的危機意識の変容を現している。生物学的に男性は力、女性は知力と魅力。これは遺伝子レベルでそう情報が刷り込まれている。美貌は男性には存在しない。何故ならそれ自体が生物学的生存本能だからである。知性も同じである。故に昔から学問の世界にも政治の世界にも女性は長く参加できなかったのである。学問を修める権利や参政権を与えられなかったのは女性の社会進出による男性排除が怖かったからである。更に土井元議長の死去により更に女性排斥の機運は高まったと言って良いであろう。日本に於けるウーマンリブの草分け的存在であり老いてもその存在感、影響力は絶大であった。土井元議長に守られていた女性議員も少なくなかったと推察される。その屋台骨が無くなりそれまで燻っていた女性議員排斥派が息を吹き替えした。今回の辞任劇にはそう言う裏がある。大変お気の毒だが時期が余りにも重なりすぎたと言うべきであろう。だがこれで黙っている方々ではない。先に述べた通り、男性に於ける生物学的危機意識は既に相当な物となっている。女性の社会進出は今後益々隆盛を極める事は間違いない。男性も力業で女性を抑え込むのではなく共生の道を模索してほしいと思う。女性も男性も互いに他の存在があればこそ己の存在もなるのだという事を忘れないでほしいと思います。 Today's theme about the Transfiguration of normal psychological ethology of crisis awareness.
