常態行動心理学的teaching及びcoachingに於いて必要な事とは?

今日のテーマは『常態行動心理学的teaching&coachingに於いて必要な事とは』について。 先日或る方から人に対する教え方の難しさについてお話を頂戴した。 私自身も心理学講師として又、客員教授として教壇に立った経験もある。 幸い私は良き聴衆者、良き生徒に恵まれどのセミナーもどの講義も満員御礼を頂戴する事が出来た。 これは偏に我が拙い話を真剣に耳を傾けて下さった方のお陰である。 その私の経験に基づきteaching及びcoachingのやり方について述べてみたい。 恐らく長くcoachingやteachingをされておられる方と随分意見が異なり或いは異論反論御叱りを頂戴するかも知れないが私は私なりの長年の経験から導き出された法則をお話しするだけである。 賛意や部分否定は容認するが全否定だけは御容赦願いたい。 私の考えるcoachingやteachingは教えるスキルよりも聞かせるスキルの方が大事だと考える。 更に言えば相性の合わない人に幾ら教えても無駄である。 初めから敵意剥き出しで此方の話を理解しようとせずあら探しばかり企てる人間にteaching及びcoachingをする必要はない。 teachingもcoachingもそれを学ぶ意思が尤も必要なスキルであり知識や経験は後からついてくる。 我々指導者は如何に相手の『聞く耳』を持たせるかが鍵である。 私の場合を例に取ると先ず聴衆者の年代性別生まれを考える。 そしてその聴衆者の中で誰が一番の中心かを見極める。 大抵、大学の講義でもセミナーでも引率者は必ず存在する。 その引率者の興味を引く話題に最初に触れれば必ず人は聞き耳をたてる。 問題なのは興味の探り方である。 それは持ち物や視線の配り方、講義やセミナー前の聴衆者同士の会話から情報を得る。 此処で重要な事は相手に媚を売らぬ事。 相手は自分に学びに来ていると言う意識を忘れず己の立ち位置を崩さない事である。 大学時代私はパソコンの講師として長く私の指導教官にパソコンを教えていたがその時だけは生徒と先生の立場を完全に逆転させ教えを乞う立場である事を認識させた。 何故そうしたかというとそうする事で悔しさが増しその悔しさが聞く耳を持たせ学習意欲を高めさせるからである。 このスキルは大学の講義でもセミナーでも応用が可能である。 敢えて聴衆者に喧嘩を売り私の話のあら探しをさせる。 あら探しをさせる事で聞く耳を持たせ其処で得心行かせる事が出来たら相手は頭を下げる。 最初からあら探しをしている人間は論外だが敢えて此方からあら探しを誘い込む方法もある。 これらはホンの一例に過ぎない。 まだまだ『聞く耳』を持たせる方法は無限に存在する。 私自身は有難い事にteachingやcoachingを生業とする方々へのteachingやcoachingをした事もある。 teachingやcoachingを生業としていても寧ろそれらを生業とすればこそskillupは必須である。 更にteachingやcoaching業界ではなく心理学の業界という他業種からの学びは脳科学的にも神経学的にも遺伝子工学的にもとても有用性が高い。 私はこれからも長年の経験から様々な業種の方へのteachingやcoachingを行っていきたいと考えている。 Today's theme is about " things necessary and is put to normal behavioral psychological teaching & coaching " . We leader is a key or not to have a " listening ear " of how the other party . Taking the case of me as an example first, think about the age gender born of audience . First to be sure people if touches on topics that interest of the led 's make a Listen . Problem is given to it is better explore interest . It how to distribute belongings and branch line , get the information from the conversation between lectures and seminars before the audience . College I only at that time had been teaching the computer to long my supervisor as a lecturer of computer I have to recognize that it is a position that beg for teaching completely reversed the position of students and teachers . Furthermore teaching and learning from other industries that industry of psychology rather than the coaching industry is highly neurological very useful also in genetic engineering both in brain scientific . I hope to go the teaching and coaching of the future also toward a variety of industries from many years of experience .
