秋が尤も活動的になる季節である常態行動心理学的根拠♪

本日のテーマは『秋は尤も活動的になる季節である常態行動心理学的根拠』について。 秋は『食欲の秋』『スポーツの秋』『芸術の秋』と実に様々な楽しみ方が出来る季節であり四季を通じて実は尤も活動的になる季節であります。 では何故秋は尤も活動的になる季節なのでしょうか？ 先に述べた『スポーツ』『食欲』『芸術』これらに共通しているのは『刺激』です。 秋から冬に向けて生物は冬支度を始め冬籠もりに入ります。 すると長く刺激から遠ざかる生活を生物学的及び生態学的更には細胞学的や遺伝子工学的に余儀なくさせられます。 それは生物にとって死を意味します。 多くの動物が冬に冬眠をするのはこの刺激の減少による細胞の死滅を避けるためです。 多くの生物学者が其処を見逃しているのは極めて遺憾であり残念であります。 故に人が食を欲し芸術を欲しスポーツを欲するのは冬へ向けての生物学的な生存欲求なのです。 冬は視覚的にも余り変化がありません。 それ故に自然から得る物で五感を刺激する物がとても少ないのです。 それ故に人はX'masや大晦日、正月とイベントを目白押しにして生活に変化とRYTHEMをつけようとしていたのです。 単なるお祭り好きなのではなく生活の知恵の一つなのです。 実はこういう気候的条件による人間の知恵は他にもあります。 日本は世界にも稀な休日大国です。 国民の休日が此処まで多い国は世界広しと言えど他に類がありません。 実はこれも気候風土に大きく関係しています。 日本は戦前迄休日が無い国でした。 月月火水木金金で土日なく働き詰めの毎日でした。 その結果敗戦を迎え米国に長く占領される屈辱を与えられます。 その教訓を活かし高度経済成長期には今の暦となり休むべき時はしっかりと休み働くべき時はしっかりと働くというメリハリを付けました。 その結果日本は先進国の仲間入りを果たし世界を牽引する経済大国となる事が出来たのです。 これも四方を海に囲まれ閉鎖的空間の中で如何に刺激を得られるかを環境的に学んだ結果と言えます。 このように自然が人間の精神や生活に与える影響はとても大きくそれ故に自然破壊は環境破壊に繋がりそれは人類の滅亡、地球の死滅を意味します。 地球は人間が住む星であり人間の星ではありません。 人間も地球という大きな家に間借りをしている住人の一人なのです。 その間借りをしている住人が傍若無人なる態度を繰り返し其を改めないならば大家から家を追い出されます。 つまり地球から淘汰される存在となるのです。 嘗て肉食恐竜が己の欲望のままに自然の食物連鎖体系を崩しその結果、地球の逆鱗に触れ其れが原因で氷河期を迎え肉食恐竜を初めとする全ての恐竜が死滅したように昨今の異常気象も又、人間を遥か昔に恐竜を滅ぼした氷河期のように滅ぼそうとしている事に人間は気づきこれ以上の自然破壊を止め、自然環境を元に戻す努力をすべきだと考えます。 私はこれからも一心理職として人々の心の安定を図る為の自然保護を訴え続けます。 Today's theme is about "to become natural active fall seasons in normal behavioral psychology grounds'.
