常態行動心理学的献金症候群について♪

本日のテーマは『常態行動心理学的献金症候群』について。 『献金症候群』とは我が造語。 現内閣から又、大臣辞職者が出た。 通算4人目である。 何度も此処で触れているが『特定秘密保護法』とは対テロ対策用に海外でテロ被害に遭われた日本人被害者救出の為にテロリストその他の情報開示を海外に求める為に作られた法律である。 既にその無効力性は後藤さん殺害事件により証明されている。 されどもっと問題なのは政府の不誠実さを世界に知らしめる事である。 国の政務を執り行う中央政府が不誠実な態度を国民に示し辞任を繰り返す国を誰が信用するだろうか？ 舵取りがその役目を全うせず放棄すれば船は操舵を失い難破、座礁し、沈没するしかない。 私は今の政府と心中をするつもりは毛頭ない。 されど国外逃亡をするつもりもない。 政府の不正はその国に住む国民の手により正すしか手だてはないと考えている。 政治にお金が掛かる事は亡父が地元の有権者の票の取りまとめをしていた関係でよく知っている。 だがこの『金権政治』こそが冒頭にあげた『献金症候群』を患う元となる事を当の本人達は自覚がない。 金をばらまいて票を集め、当選し、大臣となる。 大臣となれば国民が納めた血税から莫大な政治資金が国から支給されるが己の身を守り、更に上に上がる為には、そして大臣職を辞しても磐石な体制を整える為にはやはり金が要る。 大金が右から左へとどんどんベルトコンベアー式に流れていく。 そういう事が常態化してくると融通目的の献金、所謂賄賂を賄賂とは思わなくなってくる。 献金を返金したから無罪放免という訳にはいかない。 贈収賄罪は返金したから無罪となる訳ではない。 受け取った段階で贈収賄罪は確定となる。 もしも本当に国にとって必要な人材であったのならばそのような愚行を未然に防ぐ事は幾らも出来た筈である。 又、大臣職を本当に全うしたいと思うのであるならば不透明性を持つ献金を受けるべきではない。 子供でも解る論理を大臣が解らぬ筈がない。 もしも本当にそれが解らぬならば小学校から入り直す事をお薦めする。 既に野党はこの事を槍玉として現政権打倒を目論んでいる。 今、国民は経済の不安定さに泣いている。 その中でこのような事件を起こせば国民感情を逆撫でする事は容易に想像が出来た筈である。 天に吐いた唾は己の頭上に落ちる。 だが落下速度がつく分、被害は大きい。 その事をこれから現政権は痛感されるであろう。 政治にお金が掛かる事は解るが不透明なお金は要らぬ。 その事を政治家方々には肝に銘じて欲しいと願う。 Today's theme is about " normal behavioral psychological contributions syndrome" .
