常態行動心理学的疾病に対する多角的approachについて♪

本日のテーマは『疾病に対する多角的approach』について。 先日月経不純の女性のmental Therapyを行った。 様々なstressを抱えておられる方で婦人科ではそのstressが原因で月経不純になったと言う見解であった。 私も大筋合意ではあるのだが一部の見解は婦人科的見解と真逆であった。 婦人科医はstressが一時的な閉経状態を生んだと診断を下している。 恐らく婦人科的見解ではそうだろうが精神か的見解では寧ろ逆になる。 例えば不倫カップルが気を付けていたにも拘わらず妊娠してしまったという話は良く耳にする。 まあ大抵の場合は不倫女性の策略によるものだがそうでない場合もある。 人間の体は危機感を感じると生命維持の観点から生殖機能が活発化する、男性は勃起率が上がり、女性は排卵量が増える。 それは危機意識による生物学的な種の保存法則に則っているからである。 体は不倫関係の是非は無関係。 危機意識を脳が信号として体に送れば先の生態学的反応が起こる。 前述の同胞も実は同じ事が言える。 stressを体に感じると生物学的種の保存法則に則り排卵量は増える結果となる。 されどstressの掛り方によっても又、排卵量は変化するし、体調によっても又、変化する。 私は私の心理学的見解を同胞にお示しした。 すると同胞は私の意見に賛同してくれた。 理に適うか適わないかは相手の示す方向に理解を向かわせる事が出来るか否かである。 同胞に関して言えば婦人科医よりも私の方がより多くの理解の方向を示せたらしい。 勿論逆もある。 相性の関係も大きく関係している。 相性が良ければ相手はより多くの情報を得ようと努力をしてくれる。 その結果理解の方向が増えて理解力が増す。 多くの病院や医院がsecond opinion、third opinionを求めている事に私は異議を唱える。 最初から疑わせるのではなく其処で得心させる力を養うべきではないだろうか？ 多くの人の意見を聞く事は大事である。 されどそれも時と場合である。 多くの人の意見が逆に同胞にとって不安材料を増やすだけならば、second opinion、third opinionは寧ろ不必要な不安を増大させるだけの価値しかない。 これも又、同胞をしっかりと見てこの同胞にはsecond opinion、third opinionが必要であるかどうかを見極める目を持つ必要があると考えている。 私は私の専門分野に拘らずこれからもなるべく多角的視野を維持したいと願っている。 Today's theme is about "multilateral approach against the disease'.
