常態行動心理学的第三次反抗期について♪

本日のテーマは『常態行動心理学的第三期次反抗期』について。 第一次反抗期は物心ついた頃に起こる事が多く、第二次反抗期は青年期に起こる事が多い。 第一次第二次共に環境の変化による刺激に対する恐れから来る抵抗行動である事を知る人は余り居ない。 自己欲求とは実は恐れから来る。 お金がほしい、地位が欲しい、美貌が欲しい、これら全て現時点に於いてそれが枯渇している事に対する自認からの欲求行動である。 それ故に自分よりも金持ちで社会的地位が高く、美しい人を畏怖しそれを攻撃する。 実はこれが『反抗期』の人間の深層心理である。 自我が目覚めない頃は自分が何者か測る術がない。 だから欲求も沸かない。 されど自我が目覚めると自分が何者であるかを理解できるようになる。 それは外界からの刺激を五感で受ける事により自と他の違いをより多く認識するからである。 特に幼少期に於いてはpersonal spaceが大人よりも広くそれ故に警戒心が強い。 自我の目覚めは自らの力量の目覚めでもある。 そうなると自らの不足を補う必要があるがその力量が自分にはない。 それ故に我が身を守る為に人に反抗し自らのterritoryを死守しようとする。 これが『反抗期』の心理学的要因である。 これが青年期になると性の目覚めが其処に加わる。 すると性的差異にも気づかされ自らと異なる性を持つ人間に対する畏怖の念と同時にその異性から得られる刺激に対しても興味関心を抱くようになる。 そうなると身近に自らと異なる性を持つ人間が近くに居る為にその人間に対する畏怖の念が反抗心として出てくる。 それが第二次反抗期の心理学的要因となる。 第三次反抗期は私の造語である。 第三次と書いたのは第一次、第二次の次という意味であり数字に意味はない。 大人となりある程度の経験と知識と社会的地位を得てくると今度はそれらを守りたいという欲求が出てくる。 されど身近な存在がそれを危ぶむ存在だとするとそれを排除しようとする。 これが第三次反抗期である。 最近この第三次反抗期に悩む方々のセラピーをとても多く診ている。 この第三次反抗期に至る社会階層は比較的高い階層に多く成り上がり者に多い。 又、在日外国人取り分け東洋人の経営者にこの傾向がとても強い。 母国のnationalismと日本のnationalismの違いからそれを畏怖し排除しようとするからである。 更に面倒なのはその場の影響を社員以下も受ける事。 つまり社長も社員も第三次反抗期を迎える。 こうなるともう会社の体はなさなくなる。 それを回避する為には社員を変え場を変え社長を変える以外に方法はない。 特に都会よりも田舎にその傾向は強く同様案件を現在10件以上抱えている。 これも一つの社会病理現象だと私は認識をして居る。 私はこれからもこの第三次反抗期対策について色々と研究を重ねその対策を講じていきたいと考えている。 Today's theme is about "normal behavior psychological third stage: rebellious period'.
