本日のテーマは『limited age Harassmentに於ける常態行動心理学的解釈』について。 例えば日本では様々な場面で年齢制限が必要以上に課せられている。 煙草や飲酒は20才を過ぎてから。 これは国が定めた法律なのでまだ理解が叶う。 健康上の理由からも早期喫煙、飲酒はそれらの蓄積年数が長くなるので健康を著しく害する危険性が高くなる。 されど例えば結婚、例えば就職に於いて年齢制限を課せられる事はある種のHarassmentであると考えられる。 結婚に年齢制限はない。 確かに子供を産む事を視野に入れた場合閉経が近くなると出産に伴うリスクは高くなる。 それでも高齢出産で幸せな家庭を築いている所は沢山存在している。 例えば就職。 それが体力勝負の現場でない限り其処に年齢制限を課す事自体がHarassmentと成りうる。 我が元には所謂結婚相談所やハローワーク等の施設に勤める人間から年齢制限による苦言や暴言、厭味を言われ続けそれによりお心を病んだ方が年間数多く来訪される。 大変残念な話だがその数は年々増加傾向に有る。 結婚や就職に年齢制限はない。 私はそれを実践し続けている。 全ての人に高齢出産のリスクが有る訳ではない。 寧ろそれを前面に出しstressを与える方が尚更体に毒である。 就職に関しても同じである。 経験年数は若さに負けない強みがある。 様々な就業経験があれば間違いなくそれが会社の利益を産む。 私はそういう方々の就職先斡旋も多く手掛け有能な人材を多く企業に就職させてきている。 人間が持つskillはそのskillで働く場所でしか活かす事が出来ない物ではない。 例えば経理のskillは人事部でも宣伝部でも活かされる。 人間の持つskillに限界や範囲がない。 どのようなskillでも凡る場所で適応可能である。 私はこれからも様々な場面で生活の邪魔をする年齢制限と言う名の壁を怖し続けその先にある未来をそれを欲する方々に提示したいと願う。 Today's theme is about "in the limited age Harassment normal behavioral psychological interpretation.
