ソチ五輪に見る日本人選手が結果を出しきれない常態行動心理学的根拠について♪

本日のテーマは『結果の出し方』について。 ソチ五輪も後半戦を迎え日本人選手も次々とメダル獲得し胸を撫で下ろしている選手も多いかと思う。 スポーツ選手にとって大事な事は『結果を出す事』である。 其処に異論のある方は居られないと思う。 されど『結果の出し方』については様々な意見があると思われる。 多くの人は『メダルを取る事』が結果を出す事だという認識を持たれているとおもう。 中には『メダルの色』に拘る選手も居られると思う。 だが今回のソチ五輪でもそうだが表彰台の一番高い場所で金色のメダルを首にかけながら笑顔を振り撒いているように見えても何故かその表情に曇りが見える選手がいる。 翻り10位入賞を果たし表彰台の選手を眺めながら晴れ晴れとした表情の選手もいる。 特に前者は日本人選手に多く見られ、後者は外国人選手に多く見られる光景である。 この光景は冬季だけでなく夏季大会でも以前同様の場面を目撃している。 今のソチ五輪もそうだが日本人メダリストの報道を連日連夜行いその日の競技でメダル獲得を果たした日本人選手の過熱報道ぶりはそれを見ている我々ですら少し興ざめを感じるほどである。 まして当事者である選手はそれを肌で直にかんじている事であろう。 人間の感情は実はとても面白い性質を持っている。 例えば自分の事で激しい怒りを持つ人の横で当事者以上の怒りを露にする人が居ると当事者の怒りが消滅するという経験がある方も居られると思う。 これとは逆に怒りの持って行き場を失い怒りを感じる自分に更に怒りを覚える経験がある方も居られると思う。 実は感情には伝搬性がある。 つまり自らの感情は別の第三者に伝わる性質がある。 諺で言う所の『以心伝心』がそれである。 だが同時に『感情の喪失』も起こる。 人間の『感情表現』は実は生物学的な生存欲求に基づいている。 怒りを露にする事で敵を遠ざけ、喜びを露にする事で生存確率を高めている。 これが怒っている人の回りに人が少なく笑顔の人に人が寄ってくる理由である。 つまり日本人メダリストの過熱報道はそれを獲得した日本人選手の喜びの感情を奪われた形になるので喜びたくても喜べない状況をマスコミが作り出していると言える。 翻り10位入賞者はメダル獲得者よりも報道が過熱しないのでその分自らの功績を独り占めできる。 つまり喜びの感情をマスコミに奪われない。 故にメダリストよりも素敵な笑顔になる。 メダル獲得の為に特集を組んだり高い褒賞金を掛けたりする事は選手に不要なプレッシャーを掛けるだけでありそれがメダル獲得には結び付かない。 本当に日本人選手にメダルをとらせたいならば過熱報道をせず選手自身がメダル獲得を喜べる環境作りに励むべきである。 その為にも報道業界にも心理職の導入をすべきだと私は考える。 海外の報道局には専属の心理職が居てより視聴率をとれる報道のやり方を常、専門家が研究し分析を行っている。 能なしタレントに高額出演料を払う余裕があるならば日本の報道関係ももう少しプロの手を借りるべきだと考える。 Today's theme is "the results ' about.
