常態行動心理学的就業支援について♪

本日のテーマは『就業支援』について。 昨日或る二名の方とご縁を頂戴しました。 一人は私が大学在籍中学部の事務局に籍が有った女性。 今一人はこれから教員になろうと実習間近の大学生。 それぞれ駅構内とSNSという出会いの場所は違えて居りましたが共通している事は『将来的不安感を持っているという点』。 特に前者の方は大変なご苦労をその後されて今もその御苦労が続いておられる。 私自身も日々の生活に追われておりますがまだ何とか生活が出来ている分だけ有り難いと思います。 我が『瀬木起業塾』ではこういう方々の就業支援も行っています。 人間悩みが大きかったり悩みが多数存在しているとその悩みに目を奪われ先が見えなくなります。 されど少し視点を変えるだけで解決の糸口は案外目の前に存在していたりします。 要はそれに気づけるかどうかです。 その気づくきっかけを我々はお教えし就業に結びつけています。 これからも我々は凡る場面で様々な就業支援を行いつつ日本国内の経済活性化に尽力していきたいと思っています。 Today's theme is about employment assistance.
