都知事選にみる常態行動心理学的『求められる事』に対する一考察♪

本日のテーマは『求められる事』について。 大方の予想通り東京都知事が決まりました。 日本人は弱い物が二つあります。 一つは権威、もう一つは感動秘話。 元厚生大臣という権威と親の介護をして居たという感動秘話。 氏が得票したカラクリを紐解けばこんな物です。 一見候補者の中では一番まともに見えますが多くの方々は彼が元々『異端児』である事を失念されてます。 所属政党を批判し離脱し新党結成しそれが駄目なら古巣に戻る。 今回もしも派遣社員による毒物混入事件が起きなければ派遣切りの首謀者に対する風当たりのせいで元総理が落選する可能性もかなり低くなったと思います。 今回の毒物混入事件はそう言う意味で都知事選にも大きな影を落としました。 されど都知事として決まったからには逆にもう逃げ場は有りません。 先ずは東京五輪…ではなく、景気回復そして失われた都政への信用回復に全力を注がれるべきでしょう。 今回のソチ五輪の例を出す迄もなく『求められる物』を『求められる人』がどれだけ結果を残せるか？人の上に立つ物のそれは宿命です。 勿論言うまでも無い事ですが『結果』に至る『過程』はもっと大事です。 『結果』とは次の『結果』を生む『過程』に過ぎません。 つまり『結果』という物は存在しない事になります。 都知事であり続ける限り常、『過程』を大事にし、都民だけでなく都の行政が地方にまでその影響が波及する事を念頭に置かれ都政を執り行って欲しいと願います。 今日も元気に頑張りましょう。 Today's theme is about "be asked'.
