常態行動位相心理学における場の影響力について♪

本日のテーマは『常態行動位相心理学における場の影響力』について。 最近良く相談される内容の中に人間関係トラブルがとても多くなってきています。 特に多いのが上記の位相関係についてである。 位相関係とは人間関係における上下関係の事。 特に島国で単一民族国家に住む日本人にとっては自らのidentity確立の為に必要不可欠である。 例えば三人の人間がいたとします。 AさんとBさんとCさん。 AさんとBさんは友達であり位相関係にありますがCさんとは位相関係に有りません。 この場合日本人の多くは三人とも同じ場に存在する者同士として同じ位相関係を保とうとします。 これが場の依存性と共有性と言います。 日本人は特に同質を好む傾向に有り異質性を排除しようとします。 されどCさんの中では自らの異質性を維持しようとします。 特に自らが好まぬpersonalityを持つ人間にはこの異質性排除の気持ちが強くなります。 これはpersonal spaceによる生命維持反応です。 これが人間関係における『溝』を作ります。 海外ではその傾向はとても薄く自らのidentityを優先します。 それは『溝』を作る事を好まないからです。 心理学的に言えば『溝』はマイナス方向に位置しておりstressを体に与える事を生来型遺伝子に遺伝子情報として組み込んでいるからです。 翻り日本人は『ムラ社会』なので個よりも集を大事にするので『溝』を海外よりも作りやすい文化的背景があります。 これが日本における人間関係トラブルの元です。 それを回避する為には自らのidentityを確立させる以外の方法はなくそれは自らの多面性を知る事で確立させる事が可能となります。 自らの多面性を知れば相手との異質性は薄まり『溝』も消えるからです。 それにより私は多くの人間関係トラブルを回避させてきました。 これからも私は私の理論で多くの人間関係トラブルを解消していきたいと考えています。 About the influence power in the normal psychological phase of today's theme.
