常態行動心理学的罪と償いについて♪

本日のテーマは『罪と償い』について。 先日より或る冤罪事件を大きくマスコミが取り上げている。 既に半世紀前の犯罪をこれから如何に証明していくのか？ 既に検察側は及び腰で何とかお茶を濁そうと必死である。 されど何故この時期にそういう冤罪事件が勃発したのか？ どうも私の目には第三者が介入しているとしか思えない。 勿論冤罪被害者にとっては奪われた人権と時間を取り戻す為にとても重要な事である。 主権在民及び民主主義国家における国を支える礎の一つを国がその力となる事を放棄させた罪はとても重い。 生きる権利を奪われたのは殺された被害者だけではない、 基本的人権において『最低限度の文化的生活』を奪われた冤罪被害者も又、基本的人権を侵された者の一人であり、犠牲者である。 だが何故この時期に？ それが私にはどうしても解せない。 様々な国際情勢が緊迫し世界の中の日本の立ち位置が危うい時期にこの騒動は機密保全法を制定したばかりの日本においては相当の打撃である。 冤罪はなくならない。 人が人を裁いている限りにおいては。 されど機械がそれを代行してもやはりそれはなくならない。 何故ならその機械を作っているのが人間だからである。 されど冤罪をなくす努力は怠るべきではない。 そして絶対的な物が存在しないという視点を無くすべきではない。 警察がすべき事は犯罪者を捕まえる事であり犯罪者を作る事ではない。 冤罪とは犯罪者を捕まえる事ではなく意図的に警察が犯罪者を作っているのと同義である。 それは警察がすべき事ではない。 大事な事は科学捜査の必要性ではなく冤罪を作らない努力である。 自らの立てた仮説が絶対的な物ではないと言う多角的視野を持つことであると私は考える。 国を民を守るのが警察の使命であり民の人権を奪う事ではない。 その事を今一度心に留め置いて戴きたい。 Today's theme is about sin and the Atonement.
